Kate is an internationally respected theater director and trainer who has been empowering people in their communicative and personal expression for over 25 years.
Her work combines artistic precision, pedagogical competence, and a deeply human attitude. As the lead artist in the education sector of the National Theatre in London, she has been working for decades with actors, ensembles, youth, and adults on presence, storytelling, voice, and authentic performance. This experience forms the foundation for her work with leaders and teams in the corporate context.
In addition to theater, Kate is involved in a number of interdisciplinary, socially relevant projects. At the Osaka Metropolitan University Hospital, she brings the power of narrative work into medical communication. At the Medical Humanities Department of the University of Bristol, she supports students and professionals in deepening empathy, perspective-taking, and communicative sensitivity through creative methods. In the Drive Project, she works with war veterans with amputations, helping them develop new forms of self-awareness, identity, and connection through theater, storytelling, and expressive work.
Her training sessions are characterized by clarity, warmth, and a fine intuition for the needs of each individual. Kate is able to build trust in a short time and create an atmosphere where people feel safe—safe enough to try new things, reflect on their own patterns, and grow boldly. With her experience in theater direction, pedagogy, and coaching, she promotes presence, expressiveness, and confident communication in a way that is deeply impactful and resonates for a long time.
