Until 2020, Torsten led the improvisational theater "Steife Brise" in Hamburg and developed it into one of the most well-known and professional business theaters in the German-speaking world. This role shaped his ability to quickly grasp complex situations, express them humorously, and lead people into lively learning moments. His over 25 years of stage and improvisation experience are now directly integrated into his training, moderations, and coaching. Torsten works with a special blend of analytical clarity and playful lightness. He helps leaders strengthen their presence, communicate more consciously, and deal confidently with uncertainties. At the same time, he uses the principles of improvisation - flexibility, courage, genuine listening, and cooperation - as powerful tools for leadership, change, and collaboration.
