Maja is an experienced business trainer, executive coach, moderator, and actress in corporate theater / improvisational theater.

She is a founding member and managing partner of the ensemble frei.wild Berlin (also known as improvisational theater) and is one of the defining forces in the field of corporate theater and applied improvisation.

In her work, she combines cognitive, emotional, and creative approaches: With humor, storytelling, and playful learning, she creates spaces for "Aha moments" that have a lasting impact. She emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, trusting atmosphere where participants can experiment and develop.

Her focus is particularly on high-end presentation skills, crucial conversations (difficult discussions), and persuasion skills / influence. In addition, she provides strategic consulting to organizations in change processes, concept development, and communication.

Maja speaks and works fluently in German, English, and French.
